Regal Aviation earns Platinum rating
Dallas, Texas -- April 26, 2004
Regal Aviation recently earned the highest safety rating from Aviation Research Group (ARG/US) in its April 2004 survey. Silver, Gold and Platinum ratings are issued upon completion of an audit study conducted by ARG/US.
Regal earned the distinction of its Platinum rating among over three thousand US charter operators measured in the study. Regal is one of only 30 charter firms to earn the top Platinum score. Regal is the exclusive Platinum operator among 169 Texas based charter outfits.
As the highest level of ARG/US safety ratings, Platinum is awarded to those operators who meet the strict criteria for safe operation. Platinum operators earn their distinction by successfully passing either an ARG/US on-site safety audit, or a recent Department of Defense (DoD) Air Carrier Quality and Safety inspection. The ARG/US audit is conducted identically to a DoD audit by former DoD inspectors. The ARG/US study is a constructive, operational and system-oriented evaluation to help identify and correct potential deficiencies or safety issues. Regal far surpassed the criteria.
Regal Aviation is a sales, service, maintenance and fixed-based operator located at Love Field Airport.
