Also worth seeing are the old town market square and adjacent buildings, as well as the Pfaffenteich. A walk through the city of shelf should not be missed. And also take a trip to the castle of Ludwigslust, South of Schwerin is worth a trip. Who has still some time left, can take a trip on the Mecklenburg Lake District. The Muritz, Germany’s largest lake from Schwerin is only an hour’s drive away.
