The Research was carried through in the Municipal Hospital of Urgency and Emergency, So Lus? ME, in the months of April and May of 2009. The white population was: 392 patients taken care of with infarto acute of the myocardium in the Municipal Hospital of Urgency and Emergency, So Lus? ME, during the period of July of 2008 the December of 2008; constituting the sample of 30 handbooks of patients taken care of with infarto acute of the myocardium, being that these were the ones that more possuam given for the research.
